Affirmation of Faith

A brief statement of your faith and essential core beliefs

I am a believer of Jesus Christ.
I am redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who was born of a virgin, and lived in the Earth, without sin.
I believe he died on the cross, paying the penalty for my sin.
He was resurrected on the third day,
And now sits on the right hand of God the Father,
Making intercession for me.

I believe in the Holy Bible.
I believe it is the infallible Word of God,
written by men under inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
It provides a lamp for my feet and a light to my path.
I believe that it provides the guidelines for my daily living,
It presents the glorious Gospel of Christ.
It delivers God’s Words to man.
It is a living document that contains truth relevant to all times,
And illustrates God’s love for me and his will for my life.

I am the righteousness of God.
I have been placed in right standing with Him.
I am who He says I am, a son of God,
Not because of what I have done,
But because of what He has done for me.
I am an overcomer,
I will subdue,
I will multiply, and
I will recover all that He has promised to me.
